نظرًا لطبيعة المنتجات الرقمية، لن يتم إصدار استرداد الأموال بسبب عدم الرضا عن اللعبة المشتراة، أو عدم قدرة جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص بك على تشغيل المنتج المذكور بشكل طبيعي، يتم إرسال جميع الأعطال والأخطاء إلى المزود وصانع المنتج المذكور. (Uplay، Steam، Origin، إلخ…)

Please read this policy carefully. Shoppers, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds, but we will make sure to help you by navigating you until you activate your software successfully. If the key appears to be invalid, you will be provided by the replacement key.

The keys MUST be used within 15 days of the purchase, or the warranty is voided.

Lastecart.com.com reserves the right to check the product key for Activation details within seven calendar days. If the test reveals that the product key has already been activated, after the purchase, Lastecart.com has the right to refuse a refund, since the purchased service has been provided as agreed.

Due to the nature of Digital Products, refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the purchased game, or the inability of your computer to run said product normally, all crashes and bugs are sent to the provider and maker of the said product. (Uplay, Steam, Origin, etc…)

The legal right of withdrawal is not justified. At the moment you make a purchase, you agree to direct delivery, thereby losing the right to cancel.
